Frequently Asked Questions

💵 When do we get paid?

You get paid every other week (this is called biweekly).

Each paycheck is for a 2-week period of work. For example, if you work from the 1st to the 14th, you’ll get paid for that time the following week.

We send payroll at the start of the week, and most people get their direct deposit on Friday.

💡 Note: Some banks send the money early. You might get paid before Friday, depending on your bank.

If you don’t use direct deposit, you can pick up your paper check at the Verona office on Friday.

📄 Where can I find my pay stubs?

Your pay stubs are available through the ADP mobile app or website.

📩 You should have received an email invitation to set up your ADP account when you were first hired. This account gives you access to view and download all your pay stubs.

📱 Once your account is set up, you can:

Log in anytime using the ADP app or workforcenow.adp.com
View current and past pay statements
Download or print your stubs as needed

🏢 Where can I pick up my uniform or paycheck?

If you submit a uniform request through the Uniform Request Form, please plan to pick it up from the main office after a few days. If you're unable to come in, a supervisor MAY drop it off at your site as a last resort, if they are scheduled to be there. It is not guaranteed that they will be able to drop it off to you.

Uniforms and paper checks can be picked up at the main office during business hours.
